Yes. One agent takes care of the flights, hotels, visa and transport in Saudi Arabia, and stays in touch with you through the booking.
Tell us who is travelling and what each person needs, including medical needs or difficulty walking, and we will build around it. Ask us what options are open for your dates.
We regularly book for families travelling together, including groups of fifteen. Send us the names and dates and we will quote for the whole party.
That depends on which hotel you choose, so we tell you the location and the room type before you book. If someone in your party cannot manage a long or steep walk, say so and we will factor it in.
We set out the hotel and the room type in writing rather than leaving it vague. If anything is unclear, call and ask before you pay.
